vote problem

    I have been doing this for several days.
    It is at home show "click here", but in next site it show I have already voted.
    I use my phone or laptop to vote, both are connect to my Mobile network(net from my phone)
    Sometimes it will become normal and sometimes it will show that it has already voted.
    please help me solve this problem.
