Recently i have been seeing hackers everywhere and I would love to share some tips how to spot the hackers. its actually pretty simple! Here i will explain: a) how the hack works: (do not attempt this or you will be BANNED) - the purpose of using hack is to gain levels and meso fast with a illegal software, (instead of killing monster with your hand, the computer does it for them) They do this by: god mode, vac hack, fast attack speed & moving all monsters in the map to 1 location. & even infinite damage. Hackers can be hiding in any map with monsters in it. so be sure to pay attention at all times. (they are hiding, but i will tell you how to spot them easily) continue reading b) step-by-step guide on how to spot a hacker easily. --- 1) you enter any monster map, you see drops on the floor. but there is no one in the map! --- 2) you should immediately type ~mapowner to check to see if he is a hacker . It will show you the last person that was there. (for example it shows "the map has been owned by Bob123 for 1 minute 10 second") --- 3) now you type /find bob123 (if you see he is in another channel) --- 4) You go to his channel --- 5) if you don't see him in the map, type /find bob123 again --- 6) you go to his channel again. --- 7) repeat step 4-6 a few times (notice whenever you go to his channel, he will change channel instantly, that is because their hack can detect a player that stepped in his map. he will automatically cc and continue the hack in another random ch. (if no one steps in his map, he continue to hack in the same channel forever until someone steps in) Good luck everyone and thanks for reading . help spread awareness! As long as you record them auto-ccing and show them having consistent map owner you should be good enough to make a report since auto-cc is a hack in and of itself, but grabbing their character info if you can is good.
Appreciate the effort but you can also refer to this one I made a couple months ago! Also to note, besides vac hacking theres another more prominent hack thats sort of like full map attacking.
