Face Guide Now Inaccurate - Where is the face I want?

So with new source, there must have been changes with the cosmetics in the game. I imagine the Guide to MapleRoyals Faces here (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/a-guide-to-maple-royals-faces.7073/) is mostly accurate, but I've found that it's no longer 100% accurate.

I was shooting for the Hypnotized Look face in NLC. It's supposed to be exclusive to NLC, and REG coupon only. I spent more NX than I care to admit trying to get this face. Like a lot more than a sane person would spend. And I didn't get it. That's fine, I know RNG can be incredibly cruel in this game and I'm not completely assuming that NLC doesn't have the face, but after a lot of NX I did notice that I got the Intense Stare face (the one below Hypnotized in the guide). That face is supposed to be exclusive to Showa Town according to the guide, but I got it in NLC. At this point I stopped spending NX because I was worried that maybe the two faces are swapped? Like maybe Hypnotized is in Showa, and Intense is in NLC. Or maybe NLC has both. Or maybe NLC only has Intense Stare.

Either way, what I'm trying to say is that I'm really not wanting to spend another butt-load of NX trying to get a face that might not even be where I'm searching. So I'm here (is this even the right area in the forums?) asking a staff member to please let me know where to get the Hypnotized Look face. Not even going to ask for a NX refund or anything. With it being a face that is not VIP, it is just impossible for me to know which town it's located in. Or if it's even available at all.

Intense Stare can be found in both Showa and NLC.
Hypnotized Look can be found only in NLC.

Looks like the guide is either wrong or outdated.

 

Are the hairstyle guides still accurate?

Late reply but the hairstyle guide should be accurate, haven't looked it over myself but the hairs/faces are meant to be kept in the same locations as in the old source, and we are fixing some incorrect locations in the game with the next update.

 

Can't find a face guide since tinypic closed down last week and all the pics have disappeared.

 

You can still see the pictures at the archived version of the face guide page from 2016

though this thread points out that the guide is not 100% accurate for now
