    Hello

    I just downloaded the game and registered an account. Once I try to log in I get this error as in threadname. What is the problem?

    Someone answered me this: "probably a previously blocked IP address, or are you using a public VPN? I'd contact a mod"

    Well I'm not using a VPN, don't know what that is actually tbh (had to google it)
    And I should defenitly not know how I should get blocked, haven't played maplestory for like 6 years and I saw this private server is holding first place so I donwloaded it. :)

    I hope this can be fixed soon, I want to join the game.

    I restarted my router and still has the same problem. What now?

    You may have to post a Ban Appeal to get an Admin to check your IP, it's possible you're using a banned address, and if you are (once confirmed by an admin / gm) then you may have to purchase a private vpn in order to play. :(
    Don't try a vpn until you've confirmed that it's your address though via the ban appeal section.
