Hello. I'm trying to login to my account after a several month hiatus but I have forgotten the password it seems. I can login to the website no problem but I can't actually login to the game. I browsed the forums a bit and found this link, but it just takes me to the main page. The client also tells me that my account has been permanently blocked for too many failed login attempts. https://royals.ms/?page=forgotpassword Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently the reset password option is down, you need wait for the new Control Panel to be up. Based on your in-game description, your account probably was blocked due to attempted access by hackers.
I thank you for your reply. I'm quite disappointed that someone from staff hasn't addressed this issue by now. I appear to not be the only one affected by this and it's been two weeks since I made that post.
It's unfortunate, the control panel has been down for almost 3 months now. Would really like an update. Not being able to access the accounts you worked on blows.
Three months? Wow, I didn't realize it was that long. I guess our best bet is to explore other options then
