Created September 15th, Clarity is a new guild with a bunch of not-so-new members. Originally started with the intentions of being a place for old Infinity (and Plushie, after the merge) members to reconvene after our leader left, we've quickly grown to a group full of people ready to befriend anyone. We're a bunch of people who play the game to have fun, not solely to be the best. We willingly and gladly help one another out, whether it's something in game or not. We're a bunch of friends, first and foremost. We're a group of open minded individuals, and though we have our serious moments, for the most part we're light hearted and easy to get along with. In GMS, I was in a guild called 'Anima', and some of my best memories of the game come from the times I spent with them. We were a guild full of friends, there to support one another, and play the game together. My goal with Clarity is to recreate that feeling, that friendship between players. Spoiler: Some videos of my best memories of Anima in GMS One of our guildies was hitting 120 for the first time, so of course we all gathered together and held a party at Skeles- Then it was my turn to hit 120 And after I hit 120 and got the Life roots for the genesis quest, we decided to go and poke Horntail for fun... That bond, that friendship- that's what I'm aiming for. That's what we are. As it stands, we have no intentions of becoming a "big name" guild. We're here to have fun- and to peacefully coexist with the other guilds. We aren't competition, so much as we are allies. Clarity means to be clear- and that's what we strive to be. Our intentions are clear, our goals and what we want to do are out there for anyone to see. We don't hide behind a facade, pretending to be someone we aren't. What you see is what you get. We want people to feel included, to feel like they're part of something fun. To feel like they are welcomed and that they belong. Our focus is to have fun, to have somewhere for people to join together. We plan on doing boss runs (zakum), GPQ, things like that. However, it's not about the competition aspect- its about the teamwork and the adventure in doing it. As a guild, we expect our members to follow this ideal. We expect everyone to be friendly people, willing to help others out without expecting something in return. Loyalty and honesty are important. We want someone that is genuinely kind and real. Being a guild that’s famous or popular means absolutely nothing to us. We're a family, not a title. However, saying that- we do have some basic rules to follow. Follow the T&C of the server. That's paramount above everything. No KSing, hacking, glitch abusing, scamming, etc. If you break the rules, you will be kicked. Be respectful. As said above, we're a guild made to be friendly. Trolling and such is all fun and games, but if someone asks you to stop then do so. Don't insult someone else. Use your best judgement. Leave your drama at the door. Have an issue with a certain member? Take it up with them, or ignore it- don't bring it into the guild. Negativity spreads and more passive people are unlikely to speak up when something bothers them, leaving them in an uncomfortable position. You never know who someone may be friends with. We don't want tension, so please try to avoid it. (Venting and what not is different- again, use your best judgement). No begging. Whether it's for leech, for money, to become a Jr... Just don't do it. You can ask nicely, but begging is quick to annoy anyone. Try to keep guild to English. This isn't a rule so much as it is a suggestion. We mostly speak English. Use common sense, and use your best judgement. If unsure about something, ask! I'm always around. The most thing I like about this game is that it "refreshes" my memories from my childhood and why I like this server is obviously because it is v62. What's one goal you have in game, and in life?
