Exchange quest. You give NPC a certain item(s). In orbis it's 100 zombie teeth for some exp. As for farming heartstoppers, he seems to be using mage spawns. Dragon, Elquines, Ifrit
He is using a repeteable quest, that asks for a specific etc item. Example 100 zombie teeth for 2.4k exp (Correct me if wrong about the amount of exp). Also he uses "Summoning Bags" to not waste exp from NLC exchange quests. And for farming hearthstoppers w/o bot, he uses mage's summons: Priest: Dragon I/L or F/P : Demons.
1.6k/100 etc items at orbis exchange WVM + 7black crystals gives 64k exp per exchange in NLC any viable combination of iTCG items at Big Ben gives 128000 exp per exchange

White versal materia are from gachapon and are available in fm for ~40m currently The NPC in Big Ben is John Barricade as shown in the video. There isn’t a specific name as it’s an exchange quest - the combinations of items you need are all from gachapon only though can be purchased from FM. You can Google “New iTCG crafting guide mapleroyals” to access the combinations; it’s the first link.
If you are new don't learn from this video. This is a method that requires quite the funding to do. You can level up to 30/40 very quickly with the right quest combinations aswell. Quickly as in about 6-10 hours but that won't cost you a single meso.

I am sure there are a lot more, probably some Ironman know them by heart, these are very simple to do and don't require much travelling. Just buy like 5 return scrolls from each city and you should be fine. Just one thing I would like to mention, leveling isn't that simple and easy on the higher levels. Don't think that because the start is easy the rest is going to be a walk in the park aswell, if you keep that in mind, you will not get bored/frustrated when you find yourself struggling in the higher levels or the game.
