Title. The whole point of the Halloween NX (which looks fuckin' awesome might I add) is to have fun, dress up and express our Halloween spirit. Restricting them to donor only is limiting their use tremendously. It would have been one thing if some of them were made available in each section, but currently it appears as if the only real additions were made to the donor section. Stop doing that, the free section is incredibly popular and shouldn't be of lower priority. At the very least make them a temporary 30 day item (meaning it expires in 30 days) in the regular NX shop and a permanent one in the donor shop. That way the ftp players can still have fun, participate and embrace their Halloween spirit during the Halloween event, but should they want those NX equips to remain after the event ends they'll have to purchase them with DP.
There's still a variety of options available as NX both in the Cash shop and from the Halloween Event. If we had a bit more time for this update, we would have tried to flesh out the cash shop update similarly to how we usually do. And as much as the NX section may be popular, it takes a much lower priority because we require donations to continue operating, and will most likely always stay that way due to us being a non-pay2win server. Additionally, your proposed suggestion would guarantee less donations.
