Unfortunately the evidence against you are a bit stronger than something you can blame on your brother. If you can please list what characters you own and what characters your brother owns, I can take another look for you.

You only list that you own a single account, which is a lie. If I were to believe that ImBB was your brother he would be banned anyways since he also would own multiple accounts, which he has been vote abusing on. There is no choosing here, it was your choice to heavily cheat, and now all your accounts are banned for it. Your ban appeal has been denied.
