Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection, Please check again If old accounts are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity I'm fine with starting a new one, but if that's not the case, I have no idea why I was banned and would preferably like to play on my old account if possible
Can you elaborate? I've only logged in to the website this month after being inactive for over a year. I voted recently, when I decided to try and play more maplestory again, but that definitely wasn't a couple of months ago either. Nobody else on my internet connection uses this website or plays this game, and while I did play it back then I never did any vote abusing. Is the vote abuse from my the same IP that I'm using? (sorry if I sound dumb, I don't know how this works)
After checking in, your account was banned out of security reasons, but we cannot unban you until you change all of your account information. This includes your PIN, PIC, and password. Passwords are currently unavailable to be changed, so unfortunately you'll have to wait until our new control panel gets released before you can get unbanned.
dang lol, was just tearing my hair out for a couple of days trying to get this game to run on my HP laptop (turns out I needed to add a custom resolution that isn't there by default) and then this happens. Is there an ETA on when I'll be able to play again?
