I have no problem with Bishops; but that's why these changes are being requested. Skeles are one of the best places to level and Bishops are the best for leveling there. Bosses can't be hunted as easily by Bishops or any mages. Sure. BUT; Bishops are still wanted at bosses anyway for their HS and they can HS themselves outside of parties.

Also, Skeles are a 24/7 available spawn. Bosses aren't. Bosses are available to whoever logs on when they respawn and kills them. Then they are unavailable to everyone for 12-24 hours. (Whatever Matt made the respawn) and so Skeles become the only place to level, but the only people leveling there effectively are Bishops.

Can I just add here that I personally wish that attacker classes would kill Headless Horseman more? I'm farming Jr Wraiths and Leprechauns in an attempt to get certain items with "godly" stats and although I *can* and *have* killed HH (several times), it takes a long time on a HB mule with near max hp and not much Str.

There were a fair number of people (who didn't share accounts) who got to lvl 150-ish on both GMS and EMS prior to 4th job coming out.

To be a bit off-topic. The cleric in the video you posted wasn't using Magic Guard or any other defense buff o_O

When I was playing GMS (2006-7), a lot of priests (self included) used to train without magic guard in Ludi dungeon, because NLC wasn't out at the time and Sunset Dews were horribly expensive (about 10k each, I think). My friend and I used to use hp equips to survive while grinding at Grims, and it wasn't unusual to see a priest wearing an emergency rescue tube for the hp!

This is just how things were in v62. I'm against .wz edits, as it ruins the nostalgic experience. Bishops are simply the best class for leveling, but remember, that's ALL they're good for; leveling. They are EXCEEDINGLY boring imo, and have no value outside of leeching/buffing at bosses. That's what they're designed to do. If we make a place that makes all other classes level as fast as Bishops, then it would be unfair to them, taking away their only advantage and leaving them with practically nothing. If your goal is to be an incredibly high level, make a Mage. If you want to boss, make Corsair/Night Lord/Hero etc. Level =/= everything. I like that it takes a long time to get high level, it keeps things interesting, that's why I didn't choose to play a 1000x server or something like that. I want to play game as it was back then, or as close as possible. Do you want a 200 DK in a week? Play a server with an insane exp rate.
