    Details:The account can enter smoothly, but the part that selects the character is displayed

    Unable to log in successfully...
    I have applied for Ban Appeal but it doesn't seem to be the problem... the administrator said that I can log in successfully, but I still have the above problems. I am in trouble with the administrator to help. Thank you!!

    If you are able to login the game with mobile data, the issue lies with the network

    You may need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and inform them that you are unable to login online games properly

    管理員您好，我的問題已經解決了，似乎是 區域網路(Local Area Network)，設定上的問題，我整個重新設定過就可以正常遊玩了!! 非常感謝管理員的協助，謝謝您。
