Last thing you did: I do not recall anything much in particular as I was a very old player who played 2-3 years ago and I am currently seeking as of how come was my ID being banned as I did play without any issues nor breaking any rules previously
Why do you think you got banned?: Aforementioned above as I do not have any slight clue as it has been a few years ago.
However I wish to declare openly right now that whilst during this blank period of 2-3 years , my whitelist-ed family members had been playing MapleRoyals (I have however moved out since then and settled down recently).

During this period of time, my family members may had been banned in which I may had been implicated as I did played Mapleroyals my previous household's IP.

Hello Mr Shane, I thank you very much for the reply.

The characters in which I can remember is just Kaidan, she's a level 7x~8x Ranger that's unwashed.

I also created another character named iLumiere which was probably level 35 or so.

I do wish to declare that whilst in my absence away from playing Mapleroyals, my family may had been playing as well (unbeknownst to my knowledge) and in which they may or may not have been banned.

Do let me know further should you require more evidence or information Mr Shane.

No. my account is for me only. I don't share accounts as they violate MapleRoyals T&C and I am fully aware of that.

What I meant by "my family may had been playing as well" was that they may had been playing Mapleroyals under their own computer and own accounts in which the ban was to the IP/Internet , in which my account has been banned due to the IP Ban , therefore making me implicated as well.

Good morning.

The short answer is that I have no idea as I am, and will no longer be, in communication with my family.

The long answer is that
I have been away for a work trip for the past 2 years and I have just settled down on a new home just recently, and I am unfortunately no longer in contact with my family due to very personal reasons.

My family member getting banned is a suspicion which I highly suspect but it's not a suspicion in which I could affirm myself per se.

I understand that since this is an account 3 years ago, it may be hard to locate and identify any leads.

 

Hello @Tim , Yes I did, its a HP PC.

 

Also to note that my family never played on my PC before, it was exclusive to me only.

Back then during my 3-months-playtime I didn't wanted to invoke any accidental misunderstandings that there would be cases of account sharing so I did not allowed anyone to use my PC.

Yes. That was what I mean.

I only ever played on 1 computer (which is my HP Computer)

I never let anyone played on my computer.

However I've not personally (me as a person) committed any offense which I believe to lead me to become banned, which was why I am writing this appeal to plead my case that my account is being banned for (possibly) my family member's mistakes.

I strongly beg to differ.

I plead my case that your claim of me being the offender is false as I have only ever played 2 accounts.

Kaidan and iLumiere.

I strongly believe that I have committed no offenses for either of these 2 characters

I am however unfortunately unable* to prove my innocence (in which you were to deem me as disingenuous) as I would

1. Never thought that I would be wrongfully banned
2. Never done anything wrong , therefore I had no need to have an alibi, (i.e. video capturing my gameplay footages).

I also will like to bring my point that it's not possible for me to be hacking as she is just a level 8x unwashed character with no NX. My account has little to no value.

Hence, I will like for you to re-investigate my case and I am not what you make out to be.

I understand now.

It could had been completely possible that I may had used my brother's computer to play Royals for a short period of time (perhaps due to only a short while as my PC was taken for service, but it has legit been 3 years ago (1,000 days ago) and I do not have much recollection).
However my point still stands where I mostly played on my own PC (which your logs should be able to prove me right as I legitimately rarely play anywhere outside of my pc)

With that being said, although I may had played on the to-be-offender's PC , I still hold the rights for being innocent as me as a person did not committed any offence liable to a ban. (Similar to how someone got banned due to the IP block but as an innocent person)

Therefore may I plead for a lift of the ban as Kaidan&iLumiere had not committed any offence? I am able to pm you the whitelist we took 3 years ago to validate my claim should you require.
