do you use a vpn / accelerator? did you play from a shared connection or in an internet cafe / school dorm? do they live in the same complex as you?
I live in China, in order to play Royals without delay from the server, many of us have a charged vpn connection to boost the speed, it is very common here. I guess maybe it was something to do with that?
