Without SI I think Skis are roughly 7% faster than a Faltizan. So 135 Falt is equivalent to 125-126 Skis. With SI I think the 7% difference would still remain. In general if you want to convert a Faltizan attack to Ski attack you multiply by 0.93 (7% slower) and from Ski to Faltizan you multiply by 1.07 (7% faster). 135 * 0.93 = 125.55 This doesn't take into account attack gear and attack pots, strictly just the weapon attack on the spears.
