On the days I do vote on a separate account (rarely), I made sure to only vote on that 1 account only. Are you able to provide me logs of what had occurred that led you to infer the voting terms were violated? Sometimes I have to vote with the same account more than 1 time, as when I try to vote, it will say I have already voted, but I had not voted in the past 24 hours. When I refresh the page and try to vote with multiple tries, it will eventually go through. Not sure if there is any issues with the indexing or backend. Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy. You can login after ***." Unfortunately we don't offer reductions in ban duration for such cases. You'll have to wait out the duration of your ban. Please note that this is for all of your accounts, so please do not attempt to play on a new account during that time, as doing so will double your ban duration.
