Right now I have 400m and my gear is: <Im a corsair> Hat - 2att hat (the pumpkin, gonna get zhelm as soon as I get my lazy ass to complete the quests) Face - Maple leaf 4dex <going for low str build so i'll need something with str if possible> Earring - 10dex Cape - 5dex Overall - 10dex <going for low str build so I'll need a str overall eventually> Gloves - 9att wg Pendant - Spiegelmann's 2dex 2str Wep - 73att maple gun <got a 87att 5slot concerto so I'll need to scroll it, tips on that would be great too > Shoes - clean. "Low str" doesn't really matter. 1 stat is 1 stat. There's nothing you can scroll for str that you can't also scroll for dex. If you decide to scroll a str overall that's fine, it'e the same as a dex one. If you decide to scroll a dex overall, it will probably make upgrading easier in the future but the scrolls are a touch more expensive. Just make sure that the innate str you get from your zhelm, overall and shoes are accounted for in what you cap at. That said, your first upgrades should be things that are easy to find, and that you won't outgrow quickly. #1 - zhelm It's 30 total stats on average. Really, that's 'nuff said. I might consider 100%'ing one (100% helm dex is 2-3m ea) but would not 60% it unless you get one that's above avg clean. If you do get a nice one, hold of on scrolling it because that will eat up a LOT of your budget. #2 - better WG 11 atk is an extra 100m over what you've got now. That's probably your cheapest guaranteed upgrade. #3 - Dep star Pretty straightforward. 6 more stats over what you have is pretty solid for the price, and this isn't something you'll outgrow and need to resell unless an event item comes around sometime soon. After this, it gets murky. You'll want to find a nice pair of pirate shoes, but those aren't on sale often. Look for something with 10+ stats clean, and use 60% shoe jump scrolls on it. You can consider 60% scrolling your zhelm too, which will use up the rest of your budget (but is 10-20 stats extra) or you can save the rest to start scrolling overalls. It depends on how fast you level - the zhelm is more help now, the overall is more help later. As far as that gun, I'm guessing it's 2 30%s on a 77 base? If so, that's pretty solid as an "intro to corsairs" gun. I would 60% the rest of it, and if that turns out well (+4 or 5) you can easily use that until you start looking to perfect a weapon. PGCs and Facestompers aren't an efficient use of your money at this point, because you cant afford to buy scrolled or to chaos them yourself. Do the above, then scroll your stat equips (overall, zhelm) then get your gun in order, then start looking at pgc/fs/15 atk wg and at perfecting a gun.
I agree with @jmmainvi suggestion and would like to add to them. Your Overall could easily be improved using a godly, clean Level 80 Pirate Overall and using 30% or 60% is whatever combination you see fit. When it comes to shoes, Pirate shoes are pretty cheap and if you can find yourself some Scrolls for Shoes Jump 30%, you can easily get a 20+ Stat shoe without having to spend too much.
