    PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING!

    Are you trying to log in, but keep receiving the following message?

    If so, follow these steps:
    1. Check that the server isn't undergoing a server check on the forum.
    2. If the server is online, then wait five minutes since the time that you last disconnected. Usually the server is able to disconnect an account instantaneously, but sometimes your connection to the server might not be closed cleanly, leaving it in an 'open' state (for example, this happens pretty often when the client crashes - this is just apart of how the Internet works). We have mechanisms to detect this and disconnect accounts that aren't responding to the server anymore, and if after five minutes you still cannot login in, it is safe to assume that your account is stuck for some separate reason.
    3. If your account appears to be stuck after the five minute wait, make a new reply to this thread with the following information:
      • Name of the character that you were online with:
      • What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible):

    Note: We are unable to manually 'disconnect' an account from the server, until we perform a server check. As such, this issue is our top priority, and we are actively looking for the cause of any issues related to accounts getting stuck.

    In Amherst, clicked a few of the christmas event NPC's, nothing happened, clicked on Lucas to complete the quest for his letter, my internet went out and I haven't been able to log back in.

    What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible):
    Yesterday's server check I was logging in (around 2-3min after the server's up message) and I noticed I was guildless, and none of my portals worked when I tried them. Thought to myself hmm, let me try going into the Cash Shop so I can get my gach tickets and bask in that glorious fresh server gach luck; but the only thing I basked in was sadness when my screen faded to black and I was met with that dreaded "Character is already logged in" window.
    GM's tried to dc me but alas, I have become one with the Cash Shop. I've ascended into the realm of NX, and I will be browsing there permanently for eternity.

    • What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): I bought a few gachapon tickets, and was clicking on them to go into my inventory and then it d/ced my character, after that i got the "already logged in" pop up and it's been stuck since. The character is stuck in the Cash Shop and still online in game when i'm actually not on it o.o

    last login was 12 hours ago i did the king slime and quit the game
    my dad replaced the internet infrastructure in my house maybe thats the reason

    • What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): opened a personal store then afk, the screen went black, when I came back several hours later, it dced. The store is still open in Ch 5 FM1 called scrolls n stuff with the cheap blue one.

    What you were doing before being disconnected: At about 1am SGT (UTC+8) I was transferring the cash shop equips between my main and my new character through the cash shop, then Mapleroyals crashed and then I couldnt get back on it ever since.

    Even though it was normal that it would crash, I was able to log in after about 30 mins of waiting, but then in this case, its been about 12h and I still cannot get back on it.

    Character Name: inoyM
    I was trying to buy a shop permit right after the SC and my char disconnected. An hour later, they are still online in the "cash shop" and I can't connect

    Edit: Like 3 days later my account disconnected itself (without a server check) o-o

    Name of character I was on: SmexiBish4U
    What I was doing: I was logging on when the servers came back up from maintenance and was one of the few people on early on. I went into the cash shop to buy a store for the FM, and then I dc'd to the login screen, and after that my character has been online in the cash shop.
