Even if your family all lived in the same household, you still participated in the vote abuse that took place.
Im sorry I still dont understand, my family used to play and now they dont since the ban that litteraly every got and no one had any power to appeal for it. what is vote abuse ? Since I'm told that since we are all voting from the same internet or somthing like that we will get banned (I've been told that) didnt believe it tho.
You're only allowed one vote per 24 hours per household. This means you and anyone who lives with you have to take turns doing one vote each day. The only way you'd be able to vote multiple times per day is if your household gets approved for the voting whitelist. The reason the ban was permanent right away was because the amount of vote abuse was so high that it skips right past the 14 day ban for a minor offense. Your family shouldn't have been allowed to vote more than once per day if it was just at that same connection.
Its the same connection yes, but my home is old and my internet connection disconnects for a small amount of time when I recieve a call from my home phone. we were able to vote at the same time, still the punishment is injustified. a mere "We understand, but this cant be allowed anymore" a 14 day ban was enough, i'd understand and try to do somthing about it. my internet is like this for over 8 years Are you telling me, that all the work we've put is not gone because some mere internet problems.
It wouldn't matter if you drop your connection for a few seconds, and even if your IP did change each time (which it won't), you would still have been violating the rules about voting if you and most of your family was playing and everyone was each voting daily without being on the Whitelist.
So basicly you're saying that its not worth playing mapleroyals more than one man in a family. So I can't play with my brother. I can't play with my sister.. You are litteraly saying "If you have no friends, dont play this game" This is aggravating since I spent a very long time playing this game, eventually getting punished for somthing that is obviously hidden to people (whitelist) sounds like somthing made up. You are denying everyone from their current adventure in the game, and you are litteraly in every sense of the word, NOT helping people with those ban appeals. Thank you very much for your time. You really did not help.
And I really hope you will get this to your attention since this is far one of the most horrible and unacceptable behaviour from the GM's towards players who really dont understand what's wrong with their actions, you automaticly deny people from their ban appeal the moment you write the first letters. Some people who recieved a punishment really dont deserve such a ridiculous punishment. Dont forget that you are The best server of maplestory because WE made you that. By 'WE' I mean "The common people". You really act like Tyrants. or pirates, Taking but not giving.
