Hello, So my brother and I recently got accepted to the white list for NX voting. Ever since he started playing, my vote timers have been having issues and we've tried everything to fix it. There's a solid troubleshooting guide out there on this forum and none of the suggestions seemed to work. It seems like only one of us can vote per day. For some odd reason, our vote timers both get reset when one of us votes even though one of us is using WIFI and the other is using cellular data. We play on each others' computers sometimes because one is a desktop and the other is a laptop and we like to take turns lying down, but we haven't voted on each others' devices. We only use each others' computers for game play so I'm not sure if that's related to the issue. If that is the issue, is there a way of getting back to a clean plate and just not sharing devices in order to have the NX vote go through? Or is the problem totally elsewhere? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated as a day without NX is detrimental to profit! ~Economical
Also, I forgot to mention that we are getting the error timers on gtop100's site, not the maplroyals site when we enter our usernames in order to vote.
The error timings can happen to anyone actually, it depends on whether gtop100 feel the player is using proxy to vote In the situation where gtop100 display the wrong cooldown timings, you can try the following Refresh the gtop100 link and vote again If still unable to vote, try vote with - other browsers - incognito mode You can also try to vote with your own mobile data if have access
