Not sure if its a bug but it is not available from that gacha... Night Raven's Wing would be fun to make for cosmetic purposes. The only alternative is the exchange quests, but that's repeatable once every 24 hours so it will take a long long time to roll it.
Alternatively, if not possible to do... Can you make it so that after a certain number of exchange quests completely of the same type, it automatically gives you the equip? Maybe 50, 50's a nice round number... I mean just look at this thing.
@Matt I thought I would quote you from the topic I read on this site, an old topic. I don't understand this. If Raven's Wing is not in the files, then how is it in the game in the first place??
