Honestly I don't remember if its just my bishop on the account or if there was another mule on it or something. It's been a long time.

I don't know who that is, so I'm assuming they logged into my account and because they were banned I am also now subsequently banned. So my appeal is denied?
They logged in from your connection, not your account. How would they have logged in to your account?
I have no clue who 5dimension is. It's not me, and I've never made an account or character associated with that IGN before. I don't know what other account related/personal information I can provide but the account is 100% mine and I am not this 5dimension person/character.
I honestly don’t remember but I maybe have made one other forum account and forgot the info and made this one later. Both would have the same birthday if so though. Not sure if that helps.
