What GM banned you (optional): idk because nobody showed up, only some idiot recorded me ignoring him me and I got banned with no confirmation. was ignoring some annoying guy so he decided to record me "botting" I thought that a gm has to come check and teleport me to a location to see if im rly botting but I guess 2 min video of me ignoring some guy is considered botting. if its possbile, you can see in ur logs that the second he left I wrote "lol" I can also recall for you what they wrote during the recording. "distruckshen" you are now being recorded" "can you say something?" other dude that was hanging on the rope: "that is weird" "he doesnt loot the top floor" How could I know that if I was botting huh?
Robotic Play - This act will be defined as the failure of a player to respond to a member of staff when prompted and visibly at the controls of their character, as evidenced by actions such as movement or use of skills. In the situation where a player is prompting another player, a response is not strictly mandatory, however a player report in which a player is being prompted numerous times without a response over a long period of time may be considered sufficient evidence for consequences under this rule at the discretion of staff. As such, we strongly suggest to all players to respond to any prompts in order to avoid being portrayed in a manner which may not be true. Please be aware that scripted macro programs which control your character may be considered a game hack and subject to punishment under Major Infraction - 2. Game Hacking.
Alright. I understand but in this situation you can see I wasn't botting. I can recall exactly what they said and did during the recording. I said " lol the second he left" this was like 2-3 min. If I was botting I would accept it but I didnt. are u realy gonna ban me for ignoring someone? ban ip? u didnt even tried to confirm me botting. can u atleast consider to give me a warning and next time a player asks me il reply?
From the evidence we have it looks as if you are macrobotting. Why didn't you respond when the players were prompting you?
As I said that guy was annoying me so I didnt respond. didnt use any macro or botting. he was annoying me b4 he recorded so he thought its a good idea to report me for botting. you can even see me doing different things and going for the red tickets when they drop...
I've reviewed the evidence and discussed it with other Staff. We have decided to reduce your ban to 7-days for Robotic Play. The next time someone prompts you for a response, please reply to them in some human way. You will be unbanned Feb 8th at 22:00 server time.
