i have reset my ip and still doesnt work. how do i post a picture? also if my ip and mac arnt banned what would be causing this to disconnect and close after selecting my character and hitting go
Your account, IP and MAC are not banned, you might have to purchase a paid VPN to connect to the game if resetting your IP did nothing. It sounds like it’s a problem on your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider) end, sorry.
you could be right :/ i use a provider called NetBuddy, Satellite internet since i live in the mountains. no better choice out here. i did download a free vpn service called windscribe and it too has not fixed the problem.
