Couple of months before, I was so unhealthy and borderline high cholesterol. New blood test came back today with near optimal cholesterol levels. There's a catch though...I'm slightly anaemic. Well...reducing meat consumption got me fucked hahaha!

But hell, that was a worthy 3-month journey!
