Hi GMs, My 2 of my ducky chairs are missing. I smega-ed and found out that it can be claimed from Duey. When I went to collect it, it has expired. Can I have another refund please. Both ducky chairs were supposed to be on that character named SquishYou and SquishMe Thank you
If you're able to get a screenshot to prove that you had the chairs, whether it be a quickslot that shows the chair or you trying to pick it up from Duey, post that here and I can get you your refund.
Hi Shane, I did not take any screenshots of my characters sitting on the chair. I am also unable to show the pop-up message from Duey as I have opened both of them for the first time. I am sure that your team has the logs that those 2 characters owned the chairs before the wiping of ducky chairs after the server patch. I am also sure that there would be logs whereby the refund of ducky chairs that were made to everyone includes the 2 characters that I have mentioned earlier. I hope you are able to assist me despite not having the direct information you require as I know that would be the fastest way of proving my claim.
