IGN: Silvers Problem: Dropped oxygen tank Details: I dropped my oxygen tank after completing the Hughes' Weird Invention quest, because I thought it would trigger Hughes' Research Material based on a previous bug confirmed in the quest specialist thread. I only realized after searching around some more that this bug has been fixed, but I'm not aware of any way for me to get a new oxygen tank. I understand this is very minor and certainly my own fault, but I'd appreciate it if my action can be reversed (and also completely understand if this is not allowed).
