I decided to start a project to keep myself motivated. My goal is to make a perfect shield for my dedicated 1h sword+shield paladin!
For that I would like to buy all of your:

Will also be buying bulks of clean maple shields at 900k ea.

Bump! Mainly looking for 30s because I almost ran out of money

 

I think I'll take a break for now. 500m down the drain and more than 10 hours of active smegas and fm shouting...

Out of over 100 shields, using mostly 10s and some 30s, I ended up with about 15 +1s. The videos are the scrolling on the 15 shields.


If you have +4 6 slots maple shields feel free to offer your price for them.

 

Another update: Finished the first round of shields.
With a budget of 370m, and after wasting 16 smegas I was ready for the first round-
88 Clean shields(a bit more by accident) and 88 10% scrolls. Also had 11 30%s which coincidentally ended up suiting.


I'll summarize it because no one is bored enough to watch 10 minutes of it. Especially when it took me like 2 minutes to figure out a fast method for it.
Had 2 different back to back scrolls landing which was fun.
Ended up with 11 +1s which is pretty good.

Then to the 30s


I won't summarize this one because everyone needs to listen to Infected Mushroom at some point. Their music is phenoemenal.

So at the end of the first round I ended up with 3 +2s, which I will hold until I have like 12 of them so I can scroll them together

Mainly looking for 10% right now since I used up most of my meso on the first round.

That was depressing to watch. But relieving that I’m not the only one that fails that many 30s

Bump! Mainly looking for 10%s and clean shields but will buy 30s for 8m if you are okay with that price

 

Managed to purchase about 80+ shields, and 20+ 30% scrolls, currently only looking for 10%s!

 

Started the 2nd round with 118 shields and 10%s:

118+10%s - > 10 landed

out of those 10, 5 30s landed(REALLY good).

That leaves us with 8 +2 8 slots(with the 3 that I made in the video)

That means, after almost 1b(

my calculations turned out to be ~855m but that's without owls so probably 900m

) of funding into the project, mostly wasted on owls and smegas because it's hard to get the 10%s, and a lot of time(1 smega in the morning, 1 in the evening)
I managed to make a single +3 7 slot shield.


Not sure how to approach it, maybe ws+30%, maybe a spontaneous 30%(and then I'll probaly hate myself if it doesn't land), but no way I am collecting 200 shields and going all over the process again.
For now I will put the project on halt until I figure out how to approach the lone surivor.

I'm trying to get my hands on a (+5) 15att. For my pally. Don't think its possible. I guess i'll also try to make a (+4) shield then WS it maybe D:

 

Hey how fo you quickly scroll with 10%s like what you said in your post?

 

I just messed around with the placement of the windows until I found something comfortable for me to flick quickly.
