I'm going to keep this pretty short and to the point. I'm curious if it would ever be possible to implement the feature where inactive players have "??????" marked all across their information on the guild window. I have no clue when this update came out or if it was purposely removed from Royals.

I'm too nice. I have a hard time clearing out my guild of inactive members because I often remember who they are. I hate giving them a home within my guild only to have to consider expelling them if I personally don't see them online. Even with how many hours I play each week, I can't fully monitor who's been on and who hasn't, even with the help of everyone. I think I have a pretty good handle on it, but I still have my doubts every time I go to expel someone. Seeing "??????" would help me out greatly, and I'm assuming that some other people might also appreciate this if it's possible

    Thoughts? :)

Well, I don't know in which version the "??" above a players level was implemented, but with how unstable Royals has been lately, it wouldn't be a good guideline/reference to determine who's inactive and who is not. The "??" show up for players who have not logged in since the latest server reset, and since they happen pretty much every other day now it wouldn't be of much help in your particular case.

With that said, I'm all for implementing if it's possible.

I wouldn't mind having this feature implemented if possible. Usually, I also have a tough figuring out who's inactive or not, but I'll usually delete people anyway and I'll let them PM me if I made a mistake.

I never played GMS to the point that it got added (Or maybe I wasn't ever in a guild, I can't remember). Does anyone have a screenshot they can post so it's in one place so me and others can refer to what's being discussed?

Kind of a small picture but I think you can still see the question marks for players that haven't logged in since the last server downtime. Just got this from a google image search.

I'm hoping that the almost daily resets will soon be a thing of the past :3

That would also be cool, if possible.

Yeah. Everybody went to ?? after every server check (rather than being a set amount of inactivity).

As Vic said, it shouldn't be triggered by server checks/resets, since those are way too common on Royals. I always had 2 other people from different timezones monitor activity to cover as much as possible, but it still happens that you expel people that might be active at other times. So I share the opinion that it should be based on a set timespan (2 weeks of inactivity, maybe a month). I'm not sure, but I think this was implemented in a pre-BB version, somewhere between v83 and v91. Not quite sure, I quit around v72 and only came back to gMS at v91.

Is it possible making every player have a last log in timer? or would that take too much time.

We do have logged the last time an account has been logged into, not an individual character though.

@John - the ipmaclog does have a record of when a certain character last logged in, although it does it by characterid rather than name.
