Hello, I am a returning user and I have a problem. It started when I logged in a few times to the game but forgot my PIN, after a few tries I decided to log out and send Tim a message. After I got my PIN back I tried to log in and I see this problem: "This is not a registered ID" I can log in the main site and my login is successful over there but inside the game, nothing. Note: I have 2 accounts and both of my accounts are like that. I tried the PIN on both accounts before asking TIM. Any solutions? Please?
Did Tim get back to you yet? You did the right thing pming him only admins can help with account issues such as pin resets, or accidentally locking yourself out from too many attempts
