Both Account register under different email in 2018 . Last year my wife did change register email linked to me due to less active . Is that the reason why I get ban ? U should have record I edit the email before .
I'm the one who create account for my wife because she don't really know about all this . The reason why I put the same information is because easy to memorise for future lost of account or verify using . I never know this will cause ban . Year ago I decide to change both account to same email because I know mapleroyals doesn't restrict both account to use same email address .

It wasn't just logging in and logging out (which would constitute a temp ban), you've known for a long time. Also, we are not obligated to reveal the reason why the player you linked got a temp ban.
