Closed HELP! lost like 14-15 APR because of bag.

(I opened the same thread in bug report forum, no 1 answered me and its emergency!)

i bought bunch of APR (14~15)
tryied to sell them to some1, i took them off the cash shop, moved to them to inventory.
tried to sell them (with 2 different guys) and again and again i get Unsuccessful trade.
inventury wasnt full, i was unable to drop it or trade it.
i tried relog couple of times and Change channel more and more. nothing worked for me.
the char i tries to trade with was Subies, u can ask him btw... or check somehow the history trade with him...
so i took them all back to CashInventory, trying to take them out again,
so i putted them in cash shop, went out, entered again, and all of them except 1 dissapeared!
i cant believe it, i lost all those apr.

i red in other forum topics and i saw that there are sometimes bugged cash items.
i pray for god that u'll see in the history of the data or something that i had it and im not lie.
i so want it back and more over i just want to be able trade those apr again in the future without bugs.

Please help me as soon as possible and let me know if there is anything i can do,
i believe that picture isnt satysfing very much, because i cant show u the past

Hey,
i bought another Apr, and again cant trade some of them.
its in my inventory now and now it doesnt dissappeared.

what can i do?
with this aprs, and with the past aprs that gone?
this urgent, im afraid admin will not be able in the future to solve this if too much time will past.
