Closed Cannot access to webpage and game

I am not sure whether I am banned. From yesterday, I cannot access to the webpage nor the game. Is this a server error?

The game client says

We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues...

I asked my brother to log in mine and he said it worked! Sorry for the smoke testing.

 

But, I cannot still unable to log in through my computer.. What would be the reason for the issue?

 

You're not banned, this is a problem with internet service providers that is out of our control.

 

Is there any way I can access to the server then?

 

Purchasing a VPN is the best option for connecting from what i've seen from others. Avoid going with free ones as they can potentially give you a banned address and you won't be able to use it.
