(i have a lil gam dev background so this was my guess and it seems to be right so far) Donor hair coupon not working instances https://royals.ms/forum/threads/cannot-cut-hair.147752/ (ign: baly) https://royals.ms/forum/threads/donor-vip-hair-coupon-not-working.151228/ (ign: pinkchocoa) constant of both reports: both characters already have a non default hair on their character before using the donor coupon tried & tested: hair coupon works on another character on the same account if the character had a default hair before using the donor coupon (2 march 2020, ign: heian) most people that get the donor coupon did it from default hair as they already planned to do it beforehand and thus did not encounter this bug. tldr: require GM/Admin or someone rich to test my theory case 1: (not working) new character > use a hair coupon at any salon and change your hair > use a donor coupon after case 2: (working) new character > use donor coupon directly
Case 1a: Purchasing a coupon from the NPC: Worked fine for me using the bedhead hair, I'll try the Dracula one next. Edit: Also worked fine from a coupon bought from the CS instead of the NPC.
Edit: Looks like it's just a problem with the hair itself, I made a brand new character and it still didn't work.
