Hello my friend who is from the same area as me (Vancouver BC) is not able to access the mapleroyals website on her phone or her pc and is having issues during installation on her PC.I sent her the google drive link to install as she cant access the website and the error she got during set up was the ShellexecuteEx failed; code 5. She has disabled anti virus, and restarted her modem/pc, run as adminstrator and has even scanned her PC for any viruses and what not. The weird thing is how she can't even go on the website on her phone using data (not her wi-fi network) so there is something weird going on.. Is there any way to fix this?
Currently there's connection issues that they believe are connected to certain ISPs, and they hope that it resolves on its own. I am in the same boat where my phone data(telus) can't access the mapleroyals website. I really don't have any suggestion, just trying make people more aware of the issue. Hope it gets fixed soon. Edit: Your friend could use a VPN and that might certainly allow her to play. I've seen that suggestion being float around. Just to note that some VPNs have IPs that are blocked, so finding the right one might take work.
