Yes, I have listed it above, but I just noticed that the name was censored. sorry about that.

 

You listed something different, but dirt5 was permanently banned for macro botting.

 

Figured. I did tell him not to do that, but he said it was undetectable .. yeah so much for undetectable..

From what I just read from other forums, I believe an IP ban means no one is allowed to log in from this house hold, is that correct?

I know that rules are rules, but I would appreciate if my account (Fikree) got white listed as I was a playing as a normal Maple royal Citizen xD. (abiding by the rules).

if you could ban his account permanently and not the IP Address I would really appreciate it.

You might ask that he might come up with a new account and get away with it? well I can suggest this, any new accounts made from this IP address to be (Permanently banned) without notice.

I recently started playing, and I believe it is still too early to say good bye...

Why was dirt5 playing from the same computer as Fikree?

 

We do have a shared PC, and 2 personal laptops. this means you might see that the log ins can be both from this shared PC, and 1 other device per account.

if you require any proof, I can send you pictures or provide electronic proof such as the other devices unique ID (if such thing exists).

 

Let me investigate a few things first. I'll get back to you as quick as I can.

In the mean time, please attempt to list all characters that you and the other players at you connection have used.

 

I only have one account with two characters

1-Fikree
2- MicroPeePee

The other characters that I'm aware about are:-
1- Dirt5
2- XxDevilEyexX
3- l3ea < Regarding this character I don't know how he spelled it. it might have been (13ea) or (i3ea).

That's it I believe. however, kindly do let me know if I missed a character which I'm currently not aware off.

Dear Admins,

More than 4 days have passed from the time I initiated this Forum. I have yet to receive an official reply regarding the status of my account.

Since this issue was related to another individual in my house hold, I never had any issue logging into my account from day 1. however, to avoid any unnecessary bans, I avoided logging for the past 4 days to clear things up. (this explains rushing things from my side)

I would appreciate it if I was either given the green light to log in until this investigation is over, or end this chapter with a concluded reply regarding this matter.

Again, I am deeply aware of the current load on the server and the efforts you're providing to ensure quality service to the game.

Your urgent support is highly appreciated.
