i have downloaded the setup and when i click on it to open it doesnt do anything/ i tried redownloading and still the same problem accure.
Follow these steps and let me know what happens:- 1- I assume you did try restarting you PC (if you didn't, please do) 2- Try running the client as administrator 3- Turn off your antivirus (if you have one) then try running it as administrator We will move to other options if what is mentioned did not work.
it didnt work... further more , when i try the open the setup it gett kinda stuck, loading a long time and letting close the tab.
Interesting. Well, before we move on, would you mind answering these questions:- 1- Do you have any other Maplestory clients installed? 2- What size is the MapleRoyal Setup file? (I just wanna make sure it's being fully downloaded) 3- What type of Windows are you on? or is it a Mac? 4- When was the last time you updated your PC? (windows update) 5- Do you have enough space (at least 3gb) on your PC? 6- try downloading and running League of Legends client and see if it works: https://signup.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload?page_referrer=index ( run the setup and if it did work, close it before it starts downloading and whole game) Try not to miss any of the questions above.
ok so i tried again and turned off ,my anti virous, it loaded for like 10 minutes but it finally worked! the game installed and works fine. thank you for the help!!!
