    I am a returning player who hasn't played for a while, so I am surprised to find this.

    Managed to login to another account, added Batmen to character names

    I don't think I have touched the game in atleast 1-2 years, last time I logged into my secondary account. If you have that logged, may I know what date that was?

    Hi can you reopen this?

    I find it incredibly unprofessional that you decide to ignore my posts and close the ban appeal without a reply.
    I have no memories of playing in 2019, and for sure no memories of doing any RWT.

    Based on the situation it seems like I have been hacked, if you could please just communicate with me, we might be able to sort this out.
