Your character doesn't seem to be banned. Most likely you are connecting from a banned IP because you got a recycled IP address that has been previously banned. I would check if you can get another IP assigned from your paid VPN.
tyvm i dced from the vpn and generted the first connection i had there and got the ip that worked its working again
