    Last thing you did: I think i was in the market
    Why do you think you got banned?: I havent logged in for many years
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): Have no idea...

    Character Name: Djsnake(?)(Not too sure about my character name)
    Last thing you did: Trying to join a PQ
    Why do you think you got banned?: Wasnt logged in for a long time

    i did restart my router and its still giving me the same message when i log in

    Unfortunately, the only way for this problem to be fixed is for another company unrelated to us to get their stuff together. We can't do anything on our end. In the mean time, you can use a private VPN or your mobile hotspot to connect to the server or the website. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    if i use VPN can i connect to any country and try to use it or do u guys have to have me connected to a certain country?

    I used a VPN connected to US and my country. the same error meesage comes out.

    Make sure it’s a private VPN that gives you your own dedicated IP. Free VPNs are usually not private.

    using NordVPN :/
    i checked my ip after connecting and it shows a different ip address and i still cant seem to connect to it... TT

    Okay i can connect now but i forgot my pic number for IGN Kygoo is there anyway for you guys to reset it for me? thanks I havent been on for years so i forgot what it was...
