Closed Id that has been deleted or blocked

    problem:its my old charachter so when i log in i get "this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    details: i did not use this account for more the one and a half years just recovered the user id from one forum Admin.

    please.. its been long enough i think even if i had the responsibility what about some understanding? i am currently stuck at home cause of the virus.... its not that i cannot play but would like my old charachter back
