    Why do you think you got banned?: "ks" a guy at ulu 1 probably.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "youre account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violeting the game policy, you can login after 2 of april"

    Hey senior GM, its my second week playing this game. i am a level 90 archer.
    i was exploring the maple world and went to ulu to see what all the noise about in the world chat all the time on those leeches.
    they were around 10 levels higher and i wanted to see how it is like to train in there.. well i was doing really bad, took me around 30 hits to kill 1 mob.
    then i noticed this guy telling me to CC all the time, i didnt know about the KS system and the map ownership (just read about it, it wasnt like that in the old GMS)
    so he asked me to cc and i wouldnt, i was just killing around 5 mobs at total just to see my dmg and that map and every other channel was taken.
    it is not fair to ban me for during those times that i have no job and stuck at home all day by the corona virus. especially for that silly thing, im a great community player and i didnt know about that rule.
    thanks for the help , i really like this server...

    Unfortunately not knowing the rules is not a good enough reason as your agreed to them upon account creation. I suggest you go over the terms and conditions during your ban duration to familiarize yourself with them so you can avoid getting caught up in another ban.

    Why do you think it was a good idea to steal another players drops and constantly attack without respecting map owner?

    i was testing my dmg for the first time there and took the drops of what i have tried to kill... thought it was a free open world maplestory map.. not owned by any specific player.
    now i know better.. and quite sad about your judgment.

    The reporter seemed quite lenient with you but you still decided to stay in his map, attack mobs and loot his items.
