Closed My Connection is blocked?

    Hello, I am noticing my connection is being blocked, I am posting here for resolution.


    Your Character Names: Halfstep, 13eginner, Gypsyhook
    Last thing you did: I think I was afk in Singapore
    Why do you think you got banned?: I do not know why.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This ID has been blocked"
    What GM banned you (optional): Unknown

    I went to bed last night with my game up in Singapore, I am unsure why my account is being blocked, if anyone can provide insight as to why I would appreciate it, thank you.

    I am sorry to hear that, I was not using a macro bot, it was simply a gamepad controller. I did not know utilizing different hardware as opposed to a typical keyboard was bannable, is there any way to have this ban reversed? I have been a royals player & donor for 5 years, and never had any issues prior, I apologize for that.

    Can you explain why you weren't responding to me in game? Your character Gypsyhook was just walking around and spamming heal for a few minutes. I even warped you to another map to check if you were there.

    It may have been my gamepad, as it was face down when I left, it is like a simple playstation controller so if the pressure of itself was pressing any keys down it may have been acting on it :/. I can provide pictures of it and shows its usability in a video if necessary... Again, I will play entirely without it at this point though, as I didn't know hardware can be an issue. My only other testament to this is that I've had my account for 5 years playing on and off and only have a mid 80's Bandit and 70's Priest. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help my case.

    Will somebody be able to provide feedback? I have been a part of this community for quite some time, and feel I was unjustly banned. I do apologize for using a gamepad but I did not know that was against the rules.

    I am unsure of what exact model it is, I purchased it about 7-8 years ago to use to play Mortal Kombat 9 through Stream, the brand is Logitech and it is shaped just as a Playstation controller. I will look and see if I can figure out the exact model, otherwise I do not know.

    I don't understand how you putting this controller down enabled your character to:

    1) Move around in a very specific and timely manner back AND forth (not just in one direction)
    2) Use heal periodically in a fashion similar to botters that have it timed so that they aren't affected by the anti-botting system where you need to catch your breath
    3) Use potions to recover your MP because you did NOT have a pet out

    You will remain permanently banned for macro botting.

    Excuse me but thats a total lie, the reason its able to move is because its a multi-functional gamepad, it can utilize 2 keystrokes at once, I.E pressing directional keys as well as heal.

    I do have 2 pets, with MP heal, please show me proof of my character auto MPing..? I have been here for ages, never had an issue. This is ENTIRELY unjust. I ran private servers for MULTIPLE Games for almost a decade, I know you can check the packets that are sent server-side to determine if they were organic or not, why is that not being done? Donating to a server for years them to ban you with no proof is ridiculous.
