Closed NX Voting Issue

Team,

Wanted to bring up a problem I've been having with voting. I'm logged off Royals and I type my account name into the voting box and click 'Vote'. The box moves me to a separate page that says I have already voted for the day - try again in 'X' number of minutes.

I take that to mean that I successfully voted and I log onto Royals and check Cash Shop. I don't see any NX there. I click on Check Cash button (or the in-game equivalent if I am not remembering the button name correctly), and still a balance of zero NX.

I've tried this for the past 3 days to no avail. I searched the forums for related issues/solutions; dry.

I use my phone as a mobile hotspot. I do not log onto Royals via any other network. (I read a few threads about IP address conflicts)

 

Is any1 else voting from your ip? and could be you are getting same ip as other people it depends on how you are connected to the internet have you tried voting from your phone?

I don't remember the name but there are threads about it.

 

Made my edit a second before your post. Yea I'm connected via mobile hotspot.

You succeeded in voting yesterday, but there are no records of you having voted on the other occasions.

 

I'm not trying to get extra votes tallied by telling you about the 3 days that I tried to vote. It was just a way of me showing that I tried to handle the problem on my own before asking for some help.

Now that I can vote hopefully there aren't any more problems. Thanks for the help

I still don't have any NX on my account. It remains at a 0 balance.

 

According to our database, you received 8k nx on the account you voted on (not the one with Northeast, but the one with Lacrosse on it).

 

Ok I'll check that one.
