My issue is that I can’t load the website at all it just gives the “royals.ms took too long to respond” error. I can’t load the website or game on any of my WiFi home devices but I am able to enter and log into the website on my phone using data and not WiFi. This leads me to assume I was IP banned? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yup. Nothing we can do on our end, we've already called them but they just keep dodging around the problem. In the meantime you can use a private VPN to connect and play until they get their stuff together.
