    Send a message to him anyway and wait for him to respond. It'll take anywhere from a day to a week because he's the only person that handles PIC recovery atm.

    So... 2 days passed while im imagining of playing with my friends.
    Tim was online in this forum for like 6-7 times since i posted this thread... (and i sent him a bunch of messages)
    Maybe another staff member can handle this thing?
    I HAVE PRESSURE TO PLAY
    Not making sense that only one person can do this things;..
    still waiting...

    There are multiple players that request for PIC / PIN recovery, can be 50 people a day
    Please kindly be patient as Tim may need 3 to 5 days to assist with account recovery

    There's no such thing as pressure to play, the game won't delete your account for not logging in
