Just before emergency server check i took out of my store 15 INT 7 slot bathrobe and used 2x 30% overall INT scrolls and they worked.... When i logged in the bathrobe should of been in my inventory not in store. Fredrick returned me all equips and stuff but the bathrobe was 15 INT 7 slot... i would wanna get the bathrobe back as it was, rollback my acc a little less EDIT: Forgot to add ign IGN: Hommik
You must have scrolled in the 1 minute interval between me saving all characters and the server shutting down. Nothing we can do.
I Used the scrolls at the time when FM Shops dissapeared in front of me and then it crashed. Common i was so dam lucky and risked my good bathrobe and it finally worked and it rollbacked...
It should not be my fault that i had rollback... Looks like youre not planning to give me back the stats i had and just blame me because i was scrolling... I did not even get any notice about server going offline, if there was a notice then i was probably changing accounts. Seriously its not my fault, i should be refunded the item i scrolled. Atleast try to rollback my account a little if its possible or if its not refund me the bathrobe i had with 25 INT 5 SLOT...
We couldn't give a notice due to the scenario we were in. It would have caused more trouble unfortunately. Why would you want your account rolledback more?
Geez i swear to god... Even my brother saw while i was scrolling... Im not some 10 year old pixhugger but i risked and i didnt know about the emergecy server check! I scrolled, finished watched the bathrobe and BOOM, FM shops dissapeared and 1-5 sec later the client crashed.
Not more rollbacked. I think ive explained something wrong above (not so good with english sorry). I changed on my character (Hommik) and i bought 2x overall INT 30% scrolls. they were 34999999 Mesos each and i was like what the hell ive had luck before with spartas and luk baths and i risked, 1st one worked and im that kind of person if 1st work i gotta try 2nd one as well and well since i bought 2 scrolls i used and it worked as well i was like wtf shaking n stuff then FM stores all dissapeared around the fm room and then crashed, i even told in the chatbox in forum that i hope for no rollback and when the server went back up i checked inv it wasnt there but the bathrobe was suppost to be in inventory because i didnt made to put it back to store (i didnt knew that there was coming emergency server check) and i talked Fredrick it returned my items + the bathrobe but it was 15 INT 7 SLOT... Please, return it as i had it or try to rollback my account so i could have the bathrobe 25 INT 5 SLOT in my inventory! EDIT: Dear Matt, it should not be my fault if i had rollback then The bathrobe should be refunded or my account rollbacked so it has the bathrobe in inventory, understand me about this situation, i didnt boom it, im not lieing any situation that i have wrote above^
It cannot be done. There was literally a 1 minute rollback. Unfortunately, you were the rare exception affected by it but there are few who were. If you're that lucky, #3 and 4 shall be the charm too!
Man are you serious? I wouldnt be here writing all that stuff if i havnt lost nothing. I have plenty of ingame mesos but its not the point, not trying to scam out nothing from you, i just wanna have my item refunded that i had before the server crashed, i didnt know nothing about the server going down thing... THAT 1 MINUTE! oehh, thats a shock for me. Please refund it!
