You're not banned, you are likely just connecting from a banned IP address. Try connecting from a different IP.
Is is possible to unban the IP address? i suspect the hamachi might have caused the IP ban. Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense for me to use a VPN to try to play the game as that would cause latency lag. And also i have tried restarting my modem as well as i saw some fixes in the technical forum but it din't fix that
We do not unban IP addresses. Try resetting your router and internet modem after uninstalling logmeinhamachi
Hi, the issue has been resolved. unsure which solved the issue, i just restarted modem, restart computer and turn off Hamachi Adapter. Thank you for your help. please proceed to close the appeal. tq
