Introduce pet equip for hp scrolls

    I believe this would be a good avenue for players who are unwashed or washed low to get a little extra hp. Could be like 15 for a 100%, 30 for a 60% or something.

    Yea I support this. Not gonna devalue the work anyone has put into HP gear. Not gonna change the meta. Seems easy to add.
