    Why do you think you got banned?:No idea. When switching to my mobile hotspot, I am able to log in to the game. Tried to restart modem router but still not working...

    Yes, I did use VPN for work since working at home with different laptop (my working laptop, not gaming laptop) but using the same Wifi connection.

    Yes I'm logging in with gaming laptop, I can't connect since yesterday night and tried restart router today but still not working.

    Perhaps try restarting your router again because your ISP probably gives you a recycled IP here and there as it might be another banned one.
